We feel the best food is prepared on-site, so we have an exclusive partnership with D'Amico Catering & Events for catering and bar service. Working with D'Amico directly, you will be able to select your menu and service type to best accomodate your event!

ARE THERE DECOR INCLUSIONS WITH WOODLAND GLASSHAUS?

We’re excited to offer decor inclusions similar to our other Bavaria Downs properties. This includes things like centerpieces, votives, a ceremony arch, card box, easel, and lawn games for the cocktail hour. Our catering partner, D’Amico will provide place settings, glassware,and both high-top and low-top cocktail tables, ensuring your reception is beautifully set. There will also be two sets of luxury chairs for both the ceremony and reception.

WILL WOODLAND GLASSHAUS BE OPEN YEAR ROUND?

Woodland Glasshaus will be open May through October every year.

IS IT AIR CONDITIONED?

Yes, large commercial grade air condition units will be included in both structures.

WHAT TYPE OF RESTROOMS WILL THERE BE?

The restrooms will be ADA compliant luxury mobile restrooms located next to the dining atrium. There will be a covered walkway to the restrooms, ensuring your guests remain comfortable throughout the event.

WHAT MATERIAL IS THE STRUCTURE MADE OF?

Woodland Glasshaus is made of temptered glass sides and a vinyl roof.

WILL THE DINING ATRIUM BE CLOSED OFF AFTER DINNER?

The dinner atrium will remain warmly lit throughout the evening, allowing guests to move comfortably to the restrooms and other areas.

WHAT TYPE OF SEATING WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE CEREMONY/DANCING ATRIUM DURING THAT PART OF THE EVENT?

Our catering team can tailor the seating arrangements in the dancing atrium to fit your guest count perfectly, including a mix of lounge seating, high tops, and low tops for a comfortable, stylish setting.

WILL I NEED TO BRING IN ADDITIONAL SEATING FOR MY GUESTS?

The best part about the Woodland Glasshaus is that you are getting a fully curated experience! This means we have everything you need for seating and tables for the entire duration of your event.

WILL THERE BE A BAR IN THE DANCING ATRIUM?

Yep! We will have a portable bar ready in the dance area, complementing the main bar in the dining atrium.

IS THERE AN OUTDOOR SOCIAL HOUR SPACE?

Yes! Our outdoor patio space, adjacent to the ceremony atrium, offers a blend of patio-style seating and high-top tables, perfect for a relaxing  social hour.

CAN GUESTS LEAVE THEIR CARS OVERNIGHT?

Yes, we want all our clients and guests to be safe - no drinking and driving! Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight. We kindly ask that they be picked up by 11 a.m. the next day. Please note that Uber and Lyft typically do not service the area late at night, so we strongly recommend arranging shuttle services to nearby hotels.

DO YOU ALLOW SPARKLER SEND-OFFS?

Yes! We will have dedicated areas where we allow a sparkler send-off onsite.
