Equestria West offers three stunning ceremony locations: The Wooded Ceremony Site, surrounded by lush greenery and charming reclaimed wood benches; the intimate Small Ballroom, featuring a stone fireplace and elegant chandeliers; and the Courtyard, a beautiful garden oasis with a large fountain and twinkling café lights, perfect for a magical outdoor celebration.
WOODED CEREMONY
There is nothing more romantic than saying your nuptials nestled within a lush background of greenery and trees. The Wooded Ceremony Site is a magical setting hidden among the Bavaria Downs grounds. With unique wood benches, crafted from reclaimed wood from the trees used to create the space, it adds the perfect amount of charm.
A guided path next to Equestria West takes you out to the site so your guests and wedding party can easily access the space, yet private enough so you feel immersed in the breathtaking beauty that nature offers.

SMALL BALLROOM
The small ballroom is charming and intimate. Perfect for an indoor ceremony, cocktail hour lounge space, or small reception area, the options are endless. With similar touches as the main ballroom, such as the stone fireplace or the two- tiered chandeliers, this versatile space can truly transform to fit your needs.

COURTYARD
The courtyard is a beautiful space for a ceremony or cocktail area. It’s an oasis with a large fountain, gardens and plenty of seating for your guests. At night, the space will shimmer with café lights above the courtyard.
