Position: Event Attendant

Join the Bavaria Downs team as an Event Attendant and become a brand ambassador on the most important day of our couples’ lives. Our purpose is to enrich the lives of passionate  creatives behind life’s biggest events. The Bavaria Event Attendant role is primarily responsible for assisting with preparation and setup of the venue for each event. We are passionate about what we do and strive to provide superior customer service for our clients and guests.


Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 30lbs

General cleaning and upkeep (vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning)

Check in with Bride/Groom/Family/Corporate clients

Set up seating cards, decor, candles, etc.

Greet guests

Direct traffic

Open doors

Participate in friendly conversation

Place and take down parking signs where needed

Uniforms must be worn at all times


Impeccable customer service

Warm and helpful demeanor

Self-directed and able to work independently

Work from written and verbal instructions

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Schedule and compensation:

$15/hour, part-time, event-based – a typical shift is 4-8 hours

Other details

Some work is performed outdoors, so weather appropriate attire is necessary at times. Branded cold-weather gear will be provided.
